Huntington Learning Center, Pasadena, is your tutoring and test prep leader. We serve 9 of the 12 feeder systems in Anne Arundel County: Chesapeake, Northeast, Severna Park, Broadneck, Glen Burnie, Old Mill, North County, Meade, and Annapolis High Schools. Our certified tutors provide customized instruction in reading comprehension and phonics, writing, study skills, science, and elementary, middle, high school and college math, from basic and advanced operations to Algebra, Geometry, and Calculus. The Pasadena Center prepares students for the SAT and ACT, as well as state and standardized exams such as the HSPT, ISEE, ASVAB and GED. Our test prep methods help with crucial test-taking and problem-solving skills while lowering anxiety levels and raising test scores. Huntington programs develop the skills, confidence, and motivation to help students succeed and meet the needs of Common Core State Standards. Huntington’s ADHD Instructional Strategies program provides evidence-based ADHD teaching techniques to meet the unique needs of students with this diagnosis.
