About The Canton Tutoring & Test Prep Center

Huntington Learning Center is the oldest provider of tutoring and exam prep services. Huntington maintains high standards: hiring only the best teachers and directors, requiring extensive and ongoing training for all staff, and providing in-center curriculum selected by education professionals. Huntington distinguishes itself by offering one-to-one instruction, programs tailored to each student’s abilities and a firm understanding of the ingredients for success in school.

Dr. Wie Pan chose to open Huntington Learning Center in Canton in 2008 because he was so passionate about the importance of a good education. Claudia Volansky joined Huntington Learning Center in 2016 after retiring from a 31-year English teaching career. Under their combined leadership, Canton Huntington strives to fulfill the company’s mission of giving every student the best education possible.

Students who attend Huntington turn their C’s and D’s into A’s and B’s, improve their ACT scores by three to five points and their SAT scores by 150-250 points (on average). Huntington offers help with math (from arithmetic to Calculus), reading, writing (including college application essays), Chemistry, Biology, French, Spanish, AP History, study skills, ADD, and others (ASVAB, SSAT, HSPT). Students gain confidence and motivation, learn skills which enable them to become independent learners, and gain opportunities to attend quality colleges they may not have considered.
